MBA Program
Eligibility
The MBA
program is open to students holding a
baccalaureate degree in business or
accounting, and also to those with degrees
outside the business/accounting area. The
undergraduate degree must be from an
accredited university in the United States
or a foreign equivalent. Several years of
business experience is desirable, but not
required.
The faculty reserves the right, where
warranted by an evaluations of a student's
progress and apparent knowledge, to require
additional course work or other preparation
to insure that the degree recipient
possesses adequate professional skills and
capabilities. This includes the ability to
reason and communicate effectively--both
verbally and quantitatively.
Entering students are expected to have basic
mathematical, computer, and communication
skills. Students deficient in basic skills
may be required to improve them through
directed self-study, non-credit courses,
undergraduate course work, and/or special
seminars or workshops.
Students in the general management
concentration without undergraduate business
or accounting degrees are advised to take
foundation courses in business areas to
provide a basic foundation for further
graduate work. These foundation courses are:

These courses do not count toward graduation
with an MBA degree. They are for review and
foundation only. If a student has an
undergraduate degree that covered these
topics these foundation courses are not
required to graduate. Please contact the MBA
advisor for further course selection
information.
